Executive Council

The Executive Council is the national board of directors of Tau Delta Phi. Elected every two years by a representative democratic assembly of the fraternity known as the Grand Chapter, it is composed of Grand Officers with specific roles and duties, and Members of the Board who assist the Grand Officers in carrying out their duties.  

The Headquarters Staff work to meet the daily operational needs of the fraternity and its chapters. 

Zachary Jones (PGVC, PGM)

Zachary Jones, a distinguished alumnus of the Delta Sigma Chapter at Rowan University, is passionate about contributing to the growth and development of Tau Delta Phi. As a graduate with dual majors in Elementary Education and English, Zachary held essential leadership roles, including Magister, Vice-Consul, and Consul, throughout his undergraduate experience.

Through his work with Plaid, Zachary has cultivated robust partnerships with numerous member organizations and Higher Ed institutions. Drawing from his personal experiences, he persistently strives to create a lasting, positive impact in the fraternal space. Committed to advancing the fraternity’s objectives, Zachary is dedicated to fostering progress and effecting meaningful change within Tau Delta Phi.

Lindsy Perry

Lindsy has a talent for connecting with and advocating for people. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from Illinois State University where she joined Delta Delta Delta and later received her master’s degree in higher education administration from Southern Illinois University. She serves as the Coordinator of Fraternity & Sorority Affairs at Austin Peay State University where she is responsible for oversight and advisement of the community. She also serves as a Collegiate District Officer for Region 1 of Delta Delta Delta.

Lindsy first joined Tau Delta Phi National Headquarters as a Chapter Leadership Consultant during her final year of graduate school at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. In August 2021, Lindsy was made a National Sweetheart and Honorary Frater of Tau Delta Phi Fraternity. Lindsy loved TauDelt so much (and the feeling is mutual!) that she chose to stay on in a voluntary capacity to continue serving the fraternity as the expansion coordinator. She now serves Tau Delta Phi as the Grand Vice-Consul

Andrew Ziminski

Andrew Ziminski graduated from Monmouth University with a B.A in Political Science with a concentration in legal studies, and a minor in history. During his undergraduate career, he held positions in his chapter such as Historian, Steward, and Consul. He also worked on the school’s IFC as President, and Greek Senate as Cheif Justice. Andrew now works in legal compliance while preparing to enroll in law school to persue his JD.

Daniel Pakhomov

Daniel Pakhomov graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2020 with a B.A. in Theater Arts and Technology and a minor in Business and Administration. As an undergrad he participated in Interfraternity Greek Council and held various chairs as a Tau Epsilon Chapter Brother. 

Daniel joined Tau Delta Phi in Fall of 2016 and later became chapter Consul. Daniel works as an Early Childhood Education Professional and oversees an ECE facility in Northern New Jersey which provides services to over three hundred students daily. 

Daniel is also a polyglot, speaking Native Russian, English, and Spanish with fluency; He is currently learning a fourth language with the goal of traveling the world and ordering food with ease. 

Matteo Ferraro

Matteo Ferraro graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.  He joined Tau Delta Phi’s Tau Epsilon chapter in 2016 and has served and been recognized for many positions within his chapter and NJIT’s greek community.  His involvement in the greek community has given him unique insight into affiliate fraternity-sorority associations like NGLA, NIC’s UIFI, and Order of Omega.  Matteo hopes to support the undergraduate fraters in reaching their full potential as students, leaders, citizens, and TauDelts.

Michael Martin

Michael Martin, former Consul of Delta Rho, graduated from Kutztown University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communications and Public Relations. He currently works in Healthcare Marketing in New York City and seeks to do his part in making the fraternity the best it can be. Michael joins Tau Delta Phi as a Member of the Board.

Daniel Valinotti

Dan Valinotti graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Information Technology with a concentration in Network and Information Security, and a minor in Business. After joining the Tau Epsilon chapter of Tau Delta Phi in Spring 2016, he held multiple positions including Webmaster, Historian, Scribe, and Magister. He also worked on NJIT’s IFC.

After graduating, Dan started working as a full-time Software Engineer, building web applications for companies like Colgate-Palmolive and most recently, Google. His primary role in the Executive Council has been the development and support of the fraternity’s new in-house member management platform, Agora.

Louis Saccaro

Louis Saccaro is from Staten Island, New York and joined the Tau Epsilon chapter of Tau Delta Phi Fraternity during his time as an undergraduate at New Jersey Institute of Technology. Louis graduated in Spring of 2022 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and additionally attained membership to the Order of Omega Greek Honor Society before graduating. After graduating, Louis began working for a large general contracting firm in New York City before joining the Tau Delta Phi Executive Council as a Member of the Board in Fall of 2022.

Dr. Pietro Sasso (PGVC)

Faculty Fellow

Dr. Pietro Sasso (Delta Nu ’03) is the legacy founder of the Delta Nu Chapter at Christopher Newport University. He is a graduate faculty member in Educational Leadership at Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas, and also the Faculty Research Fellow at the Piazza Center for Fraternity and Sorority Research and Reform at Penn State University.

Dr. Sasso has written and co-edited 10 textbooks, authored approximately 60 scholarly publications, and facilitated over 60 conference presentation. He a senior co-editor for the text series Identity & Practice in Higher Education-Student Affairs by Information Age Publishing.  He was the recipient of the AFA Dr. Charles Eberly Research Award and ACPA Men and Masculinities Emerging Scholar-In-Residence.

Andrew Collier

Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer

Andrew Collier graduated in 2005 from Christopher Newport University, where he earned a B.A. in Philosophy. He also holds a M.Div. from Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond. As an undergrad, Andrew was a member of the Varsity Sailing team, a singer in the chamber choir, and an avid player on the campus Counter-Strike server – including that one time they all spontaneously left their computers and tried to have a boxing match on the Lawn, but the campus police thought it was a riot or something and tried to arrest them.

Andrew joined TauDelt in 2003, became Magister of the CNU Colony, and then served two terms as Consul, becoming Charter Consul of the Delta Nu chapter.

Prior to taking the reins at TauDelt National HQ in Spring 2020, Andrew was Executive Director of a large regional non-profit serving vulnerable residents in the poorest county in North Carolina. Under his leadership, the organization guided the region toward recovery after Hurricane Florence left thousands in the area homeless, coordinating the efforts of multiple local governments and recovery organizations to ensure the effective receipt and distribution of thousands of tons of supplies, as well as vital relief services.

Andrew’s additional professional experience includes college teaching and advising, hospital chaplaincy, and work with youth and young adults.
